Shillong:

Table toppers Bengaluru FC will be eyeing to continue their winning streak when they take on host Shillong Lajong FC in an I-League return-leg match at the JN Stadium here on Sunday.

The visitors are on a high note after their 3-1 victory over United SC last week while Shillong Lajong, who drew against East Bengal in their last match, will have to put on their best foot forward.

Admitting that the match would be a 'crucial and tough' one, coach Thangboi Singto said, "The boys will go all out for a win. We are back playing at home after almost a month and we hope to pick up the three crucial points tomorrow."

"Looking at the standard of football Bangalore has set, it is surely not going to be an easy match by any means. We have prepared as well as we could."

In their first-leg match, Lajong had suffered a 1-2 defeat at the hands of the Bangalore outfit, whose head coach Ashley Westwood feels that nothing should be taken for granted in Sunday's game.
