The player auction for the second edition of the Indian Super League will be held on July 10, a statement from the organisers said on Thursday.
Ten Indian footballers, including leading striker Sunil Chhetri, have been identified who will feature in the auction.
The ten footballers in the auction list missed out on the inaugural season of the ISL last year owing to their individual contracts with their respective I-League clubs.
Six of the ten players are free agents while four others have been loaned from two I-league clubs - Jackichand Singh and Seityasen Singh from Royal Wahingdoh FC and Rino Anto and Eugeneson Lyngdoh from Bengaluru FC.
Among the 10 players, Chhetri commands the highest base price in the auction at Rs.80 lakh, followed by goalkeeper Karanjeet Singh at Rs.60 lakh.
Robin Singh, Arata Izumi and Anas Edathodika's base price has been pegged at Rs.40 lakh. Thoi Singh's base price is Rs.39 lakh while Eugeneson Lyngdoh is Rs.27.50 lakh.
The Royal Wahingdoh duo Jackichand Singh and Seityasen Singh's base prices are capped at Rs.20 lakh each. Rino Anto commands the lowest base price in the list at Rs.17.50 lakh.
The organisers have also put together an extensive list of 113 Indian players for the 2015 ISL Draft. The eight ISL franchisees have so far signed 64 Indian players.
