AC Milan fans stranded

Thousands of AC Milan fans were left stranded in Italy because of a strike by air traffic controllers and Alitalia flight attendants that forced the cancellation of hundreds of domestic and international flights.

About 7,000 Milan fans were among those left waiting at the airport for a flight to Athens.
