Alex Ferguson hails improving Shinji Kagawa

Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson has heralded Shinji Kagawa's recent performances and says the Japanese midfielder has found his feet in English football.
A close-season signing from Borussia Dortmund last year, Kagawa made an assured start to his Old Trafford career, but his form dipped after a knee injury sustained in October kept him out for two months.
However, his recent displays have been encouraging, with a brilliant hat-trick against Norwich City last month followed up by an influential performance in Wednesday's 2-2 draw at West Ham United.
The 24-year-old had a hand in both United goals at Upton Park and was playing so well that when Ferguson decided to introduce Ryan Giggs late in the game, it was Wayne Rooney who made way, rather than Kagawa.
"He's doing very well for us now," said Ferguson. "He has fantastic composure on the ball and his decision-making is good.
"He seems to always pick the more sensible pass and for the first goal on Wednesday he had the composure to take the player on in a tight area and roll the ball to Antonio Valencia for a tap-in."
