Bangalore:

If you thought Rahul Dravid was done with cricket, or scoring centuries, think again.

Dravid turned out for his old club - Bangalore United Cricket Club (BUCC) - over the weekend in a Karnataka State Cricket Association second division league match and, what's more, reached three figures too.

BUCC, where Dravid also serves as the President, was playing against Sri Jayachamarajendra Cricket Club in the two-day game, and Dravid was obviously the star attraction. He didn't disappoint, as he scored 108 from 72 balls, with 15 boundaries and three sixes. Vijetha, Dravid's wife, and Samit and Anvay, their children, were present at the venue.

"I feel a little old actually," quipped Dravid when he spoke to The Times of India after the day's play. "This is the club where it all began, so it brings back happy memories."

Dravid also promised to turn out for BUCC again. "I will try to play as much as I can. There are only a few matches left this season, and it also depends on my schedule," said Dravid to the daily. "I always wanted to keep myself involved with the sport. I always wanted to come back and play league cricket."

As far as his schedule is concerned, Dravid took a break after the 2012 edition of the Indian Premier League, but turned out for Vijay Cricket Club in the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association's first division league last week. On that occasion, he didn't manage a century, but contributed 56 in a winning cause against Globe Trotters.
