Sri Lanka elect to bat against India

Sri Lanka Kumar Sangakkara skipper has won the toss and opted to bat first against India in the third ODI of the tri-series in Dambulla.

Sri Lanka Kumar Sangakkara skipper has won the toss and opted to bat first against India in the third ODI of the tri-series in Dambulla.

Both the teams have made a couple of changes in their playing XIs.

India have brought in Virat Kohli in place of Yuvraj Singh, who was diagnosed with dengue. Lanky Delhi pacer Ishant Sharma has come in place of Abhimanyu Mithun.

Sri Lanka have left out the spin duo of Ajantha Mendis and Rangana Herath and included Dilhara Fernando and Suraj Randiv.

India: MS Dhoni, Dinesh Karthik, Virender Sehwag, Virat Kohli,Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Praveen Kumar, IshantSharma, Ashish Nehra, Pragyan Ojha.

Sri Lanka: Kumar Sangakkara, Upul Tharanga, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Mahela Jayawardene, Thilan Samaraweera, Chamara Kapugedera, Angelo Mathews, Nuwan Kulasekara, Suraj Randiv, Lasith Malinga, Dilhara Fernando.
