David just misread the length and the line. He chose the wrong ball to cut. This is flatter and around off, it comes in with the angle at 84.4 kph and also stays a touch low. Warner stays leg side and looks to manufacture a square cut but this goes past his bat and hits the stumps. Sajid is absolutely pumped up. Is this the opening Pakistan needed? His first game in Asian conditions for the Aussies in Tests, gets into the nervous 90s and falls. Second player in this game for the Aussies to fall in the 90s. The second new ball does the trick for Pakistan. Shaheen Afridi finally gets a wicket. He deserves it, he has been excellent so far and is rewarded. He goes around the wicket, lands it just behind a driving length. Draws Marnus Labuschagne ahead who looks to drive. The length was not quite there. The ball lands and moves away. Takes the outside edge and the fielder at first slip, Abdullah Shafique takes a superb catch diving to his right. That was going quickly to him. Marnus Labuschagne was probably eager to get to his ton quickly. Had it been earlier in the innings, he would have probably left that ball but this time went chasing after it.  311/3

The ball brushes off his glove and goes to Mohammad Rizwan behind the sticks who takes a sharp catch. Pakistan are ecstatic as they should be! 87.4 OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! Two wickets in quick succession for Pakistan and the move to get Nauman Ali on has worked wonders. Just the two boundaries for Head. He just misread the length here. This is a delivery, he should have probably played on the front foot but goes back, tries the approach the Aussies have been using so far but since it is the new ball, it does not work. It is outside off, tossed up. Head goes back and looks to cut, this one skids through, it takes the outside edge and the keeper, Mohammad Rizwan does the rest. He would be gutted as he has also fallen just two runs short of his fifty. Nauman Ali serves a half-tracker, down leg. Green gets low and looks to whack it behind square on the leg side. He only manages to get a top edge which lobs up in the air towards the short fine leg fielder who was kept too fine intentionally. Nathan Lyon kneels and looks to sweep but he misses and gets pinged on his pad. Ali appeals and the umpire raises his finger. Lyon though takes a review but to no avail.
