London:
England bowler Graham Onions could miss the World Twenty20 because of a back injury.
The seamer was a key part of the team that drew a four-test series in South Africa 1-1 at the end of last year but withdrew from the current tour to Bangladesh.
Onions was scheduled to play for county champion Durham in the English season opener next week, but Durham coach Geoff Cook says the problem "is a bit more serious."
Cook told the Northern Echo local newspaper that Onions "may be out for a month or two."
The World Twenty20 in the Caribbean starts April 30 and England's first home test of 2010 begins May 27 against Bangladesh.
