Jagmohan Dalmiya Was a Visionary, Says BJP Leader L.K. Advani

Senior BJP leader L.K. Advani on Monday expressed grief over the death of BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya and remembered him as a visionary and able administrator. (Friends And Foes Come Together in Dalmiya's Final Journey)
"I am deeply grieved to learn about the untimely demise of Jagmohan Dalmiya. He was a visionary and well known promoter of Indian cricket. His contribution to cricket as an able administrator will always be remembered." Advani said. (South Africa, Bangladesh Mourn The Loss of an Old Friend)
"I offer my heartfelt condolences to his family. May God give strength to his family to bear the irreparable loss and may the departed soul rest in peace," Advani said in his condolence message.
Expressing shock over Dalmiya's death, BJP chief Amit Shah expressed deep condolences.
"I am shocked upon hearing the news of his untimely demise. He was a great cricket administrator. He was fond of cricket and served the game till his last breath. His demise is a big loss for not only Indian but world cricket. I express my deepest condolences to his family," Shah said.
