IPL 4 Statistical Highlights: Delhi vs Deccan

# Jean-Paul Duminy (55 off 31 balls) has recorded his maiden fifty in the IPL 4 - his 16th fifty in Twenty20.

# Kumar Sangkkara has totalled 294 at an average of 29.40 in ten games, including one fifty - the most for Deccan in the IPL 4.

# Sangakkara has effected 16 dismissals in ten matches - the most by a wicketkeeper in the IPL 4.

# Sehwag became the fourth batsmen to post a hundred in the IPL 4 - the first three being Paul Valthaty, Chris Gayle and Sachin Tendulkar.

# Sehwag has become the first Delhi player to post ten innings of 50-plus - one century and nine fifties.

# Virender Sehwag has become the first batsman to complete 400 runs in the IPL 4 - 422 runs at an average of 42.20 in ten matches. 

# Sehwag has posted 18 sixes - the most by a batsman in the IPL 4, obliterating Yuvraj Singh's tally of 15 in the IPL.

# Sehwag has posted 69 boundaries (51 fours + 18 sixes) - the highest in the IPL 4.

# Kumar Sangakkara has completed his 1300 runs in the IPL, aggregating 1303 at an average of 31.02 in 47 matches.

# Shikhar Dhawan has amassed 226 at an averge of 22.60 in ten games in the fourth edition of the IPL.

# Aaron Finch has posted his second duck in the IPL 4. He has averaged 7.83 - 47 runs in six innings in the IPL 4.

# Virender Sehwag's run-aggregate of 1382 (ave.30.04), including one hundred and nine fifties, in 49 matches is the highest for Delhi Daredevils - the seventh highest in the IPL.

# Delhi Daredevils' four-wicket triumph is their fourth in ten games in the fourth edition of the IPL. They are placed seventh in the Points Table.

# With three wins and seven defeats, Deccan Chargers are placed eighth in the Points Table - points six.

# Deccan Chargers became the second team after Pune to record seven defeats in the IPL 4.

# Virender Sehwag (119 off 56 balls) has recorded his first century in the IPL/Twenty20. His previous highest was 94 not out off 41 balls against Deccan at Hyderabad on April 22, 2008.

# Sehwag is the third batsman to register a hundred for Delhi Daredevils. His outstanding innings is also the highest for Delhi Daredevils in the IPL, surpassing the 107 not out by David Warner against Kolkata at Delhi on March 29, 2010.

# Abraham de Villiers had posted an unbeaten 105 for Delhi against Chennai at Durban on April 23, 2009.

# Sehwag has become the only batsman to post three innings of 75 or more in the IPL 4 - 119 vs. Deccan, 80 vs. Kochi and 77 vs Punjab.

# Sehwag has recorded six sixes - a tally exceeded only by Chris Gayle's seven against Kolkata at Kolkata on April 22 in the IPL 4.

# Sehwag has completed his 2,000 runs in Twenty20, aggregating 2031 at an average of 28.60 in 76 matches, including one hundred and 13 fifties.

# Sehwag's 119 is the highest by a captain in the IPL history. Sachin is the only other captain with a hundred in the IPL  - 100 not out for Mumbai against Kochi Tuskers Kerala at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai in the present competition.

# Sehwag has got his sixth MOM award in the IPL.  Only Yusuf Pathan (10) and Sachin Tendulkar (7) have got more MOM awards than Sehwag.
