Kieran Powell | 21 | 25 | 2 | 1 | 84 |
c Rohit Sharma b Jasprit Bumrah
8.1 OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! What a masterstroke by the Indian skipper there. He changed ends for Bumrah and it has worked wonders. Once again it is a delivery which is slightly short. He hit the deck hard on that one and gets extra bounce. It angles away too to open the batsman in his stance. Powell tries to defend it off the back foot but the ball takes the outside edge and flies towards Rohit Sharma at widish first slip. He takes a sharp catch stretching towards his right. Both the openers back in the hut without making an impact again. Second wicket for Bumrah. 38/2

Chandrapaul Hemraj | 15 | 20 | 2 | 1 | 75 |
c MS Dhoni b Jasprit Bumrah
5.5 OUT! In the air... and what a catch by Dhoni. WOW! Bumrah has the last laugh but a lot of credit has to be given to MS for this wicket. Bumrah bangs this one short. He bends his back on this one as it skids through and also gets big on the batsman. Hemraj goes for the pull but is late on the shot. The ball takes the top edge and lobs towards short fine leg. For a moment, Hemraj must have felt he would get away with this but NO. Dhoni makes good ground to his right, then dives full stretch and takes it in front of the fine leg fielder who has also come in. Hemraj stands there in disbelief and then starts walking back. However, the umpires ask him to wait as they want to check if the catch is clean and the replays show, it is as clean as a whistle. CH has to continue walking and India get an early breakthrough. 25/1

Shai Hope Wk | 95 | 113 | 6 | 3 | 84.07 |
b Jasprit Bumrah
43.5 OUT! BOWLED 'EM! A corker of a yorker from Bumrah. If there is one ball you do not want to be facing in your 90s, it is that one. It just does not get better than this. A toe-crusher on leg stump, Hope manages to get his boot out of the way but does not get his bat down in time. It sneaks through and hits the leg pole. Hope misses out on back-to-back tons and Windies' hope now of reaching a competitive total has just been dented big time. 227/8
Marlon Samuels | 9 | 17 | 1 | 0 | 52.94 |
c MS Dhoni b Khaleel Ahmed
13.1 OUT! Khaleel is all pumped up as he straightaway runs in joy. Big blow to Windies and the sorry form of Marlon Samuels continues. From 'round the wicket, Ahmed angles in a back of a length delivery around off. He gets it to straighten from there and Samuels is caught by surprise. Has a tame push inside the line and due to the extra bounce, he nicks it behind. Dhoni takes a fine low catch and Windies are three down. 55/3
Shimron Hetmyer | 37 | 21 | 2 | 3 | 176.19 |
st MS Dhoni b Kuldeep Yadav
19.3 OUT! Hetmyer's foot is on the line! Nelson strikes! Body blow to the Windies. Just as the partnership started to flourish, India have broken through. The crowd here erupts as they know how big this scalp is. India will be relieved to see the back of Shimron. A leg spinner from Kuldeep on off, this is slightly behind the length he has been bowling until now, so the ball gets enough time to turn. Hetmyer goes for the slog sweep after coming down the track a bit but is beaten by the away spin. Dhoni quickly whips the bails off and appeals. The umpire takes it upstairs. Time for the replays and they show that Hetmyer has nothing behind the line. The youngster does not convert his start this time. India will now look to bring things under control once again. 111/4
Rovman Powell | 4 | 16 | 0 | 0 | 25 |
c Rohit Sharma b Kuldeep Yadav
23.4 OUT! This was on the cards, wasn't it? Powell was not comfortable playing Kuldeep and the left-arm spinner has got his man. Half the side back in the hut for the Windies. Another googly on middle, Powell does not pick it and goes for the heave. The ball turns away and that is what does him in. It takes the outside edge and goes in between Dhoni and Sharma at first slip. The latter reacts quickly, dives to his left and takes another sharp catch. Another failure for Rovman and the Windies are in deep trouble here. 121/5
Jason Holder C | 32 | 39 | 2 | 1 | 82.05 |
c sub b Bhuvneshwar Kumar
38.3 OUT! Holder holes out and it's a timely breakthrough for the Men in Blue. Kumar has struck early in this spell. A knuckle delivery, landing on a shortish length outside off, Holder shapes up for a big shot but mishits it high in the air towards long off. Jadeja (sub) moves forward a bit from the deep and takes the skier safely. End of a 76-run stand for Windies. 197/6
Fabian Allen | 5 | 7 | 1 | 0 | 71.42 |
c Rishabh Pant b Yuzvendra Chahal
41.3 OUT! Allen falls! So a short stay at the crease for the debutant. He goes for a big shot a little too early. Was not needed as there were still around 8 overs to go. Chahal does the smart thing as he tosses it above the eyeline. Allen's eyes lit up as he sees the flight and goes for the heave across the line. The ball takes the top edge and goes high up in the air towards long on. Pant there settles under it and takes it. He almost loses his balance after catching it but maintains it. First wicket for Chahal. 217/7
Ashley Nurse | 40 | 22 | 4 | 2 | 181.81 |
lbw b Jasprit Bumrah
49.5 OUT! As plumb as it gets! 4-fer for Bumrah. A yorker on middle, Nurse shuffles across and tries to flick but misses. The ball hits his boot. The players appeal and the umpire straightaway raises his finger. Nurse goes for the review but replays show three reds. Windies lose their review on the penultimate ball of the innings and Nurse walks back after playing a very good cameo. Bumrah now has one ball to get a fifer. Can he do so? 283/9

b Jason Holder
2 OUT! Right through him! Massive breakthrough for Windies. Holder provides it and jumps in joy. Rohit will have to go back after hitting a couple of good-looking boundaries. Jason angles in a length delivery in line of the stumps, Rohit tries to play with a straight bat but plays down the wrong line. The ball nips away ever so slightly to beat his willow and then knocks the middle stump down. Sharma was completely opened up there. Beautiful delivery. Rohit flops in his 300th international game. 9/1
Shikhar Dhawan | 35 | 45 | 5 | 0 | 77.77 |
lbw b Ashley Nurse
17.2 OUT! Given lbw! Another start not converted by Dhawan. Nurse delivers an arm ball around off from 'round the wicket. It skids on after landing and hits Dhawan on the pads who is down on one knee attempting a sweep shot. They appeal and the finger goes up immediately. Shikhar doesn't even bother referring it. This was that plumb. 88/2

Virat Kohli C | 107 | 119 | 10 | 1 | 89.91 |
b Marlon Samuels
41.3 OUT! BOWLED 'EM! Game, set and match? Surely right? Master stroke by Holder. Marlon Samuels has not bowled often. He is brought into the attack and he gets the man on whose India's hopes were pinned. Samuels bowls it flatter and on middle, it is slightly shorter in length. Virat Kohli goes back to pull but the ball stays a touch low. Sneaks under the bat, takes a bit of an inside edge and uproots the stumps behind. The Windies are ecstatic and there is pin-drop silence in the stadium here. Kohli can't believe it as he walks back dejected and disgusted. India need another 64 in 51. 220/7
Ambati Rayudu | 22 | 27 | 2 | 0 | 81.48 |
b Obed McCoy
25.4 OUT! Rayudu drags it on! A wicket against the run of play. The line is too close to play the run down shot to third man. It's a touch short on middle and off, Rayudu opens the face but is cramped for room. End result, he has dragged it back onto the stumps. A disappointing end to a good looking knock. 149 needed off 146 balls. Can Windies create further inroads? 135/3
Rishabh Pant | 24 | 18 | 3 | 1 | 133.33 |
c Shai Hope b Ashley Nurse
31.1 OUT! GONE! There is a slight deflection. Pant has to go. A delivery sliding down the leg side, it's full in length and Pant shapes up for the paddle sweep. He fails to middle his shot and as soon as Shai Hope collects the ball, he puts in an appeal. The umpire shakes his head and seeing his keeper very sure, Holder goes for the DRS. The replays roll in and Ultra Edge finds a slight spike when the ball goes past Pant's gloves. Rishabh is given the walking order. India have lost their fourth wicket now. 112 needed off 113 balls. 172/4
MS Dhoni Wk | 7 | 11 | 0 | 0 | 63.63 |
c Shai Hope b Jason Holder
35.5 OUT! Dhoni falls and there is a stunned silence in the stadium! Holder with the breakthrough and he is ecstatic. He bowls a gentle delivery in the channel outside off. Dhoni's intention was to run it down to third man but gets a thick outside edge in the process. Shai Hope makes no mistake and Windies will feel that they are in with a chance now. 90 needed off 85 balls. 194/5
Bhuvneshwar Kumar | 10 | 17 | 1 | 0 | 58.82 |
c Rovman Powell b Obed McCoy
40.2 OUT! Straight into the hands of the sweeper cover fielder. Hit it too well, Kumar. McCoy tempts the batsman by providing extra width outside off, Bhuvneshwar latches onto it and smacks it through the line. Fails to keep it down and Rovman Powell in the deep makes no mistake. This match is becoming very interesting now. 69 needed off 58 balls. 215/6

c sub b Kemar Roach
43 OUT! Chahal is gone! Roach digs in another short delivery, right at the body of the batsman. Chahal turns inside the crease with his pull shot but gets a big fat top edge. It flies down to fine leg and Keemo Paul (sub) sprints across to his right, covers good ground and takes a fine catch. End is nigh for India. 225/8
Khaleel Ahmed | 3 | 11 | 0 | 0 | 27.27 |
st Shai Hope b Marlon Samuels
46 OUT! Khaleel is gone as well. Flatter and wider outside off, skidding through, Khaleel jumps out of the crease and tries to heave across the line. Fails to make any connection and Shai Hope is quick to dislodge the bails. He appeals and it's referred upstairs. The replays roll in they find Khaleel well short. 237/9
Jasprit Bumrah | 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
c Jason Holder b Marlon Samuels
47.4 OUT! WINDIES WIN BY 43 RUNS! Samuels gets his third and is all smiles. A short delivery outside off, Bumrah goes back with the square cut but gets a thick outside edge. It brushes the keeper's gloves and lobs towards Holder at first slip. The Windies skipper makes no mistake and the series is now levelled 1-1! 240/10
