An unbeaten 86-run partnership between Mohammad Nabi and Najibullah Zadran took Afghanistan to a five-wicket win against Ireland in the first of three T20 International played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Dehradun. All-rounder Nabi finished unbeaten on 49 runs from 40 balls that included five fours and a six. On the other hand Zadran scored an impressive 40 from 36 balls. His innings included three fours and a six. Zadran joined Nabi when Afghanistan were in a spot of bother at 50/5. Boyd Rankin picked two wickets but was the most expensive bowler for Ireland. Mohammad Nabi was adjudged player of the match for his all-round performance in the match. (SCORECARD)
