Gavaskar, Vishwanath felicitated

New Delhi:

Legendary Sunil Gavaskar and Gundappa Vishwanath were felicitated for their birthdays on Thursday and gracing the occasion were Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar and superstar Amitabh Bachchan in Mumbai.

Speaking highly of Gavasakar was none other than Tendulkar who explained how the batting legend inspired him to take up cricket and perform on every juncture in his life.

While, Amitabh said Sachin's batting is something the world doesn't want to miss.

"Everything stops when Sachin's batting", said the Bollywood superstar.

He also mentioned the congenial relation that Gavaskar and he share and usually call up on each other's birthdays.

Sachin took the opportunity to ask Amitabh a question on his blockbuster movie 'Black'

"I would like to ask you how you prepared for that role," asked Little Master.

Gavaskar also mentioned that he wants to be a fast bowler.

"If I'm born again I want to be a fast bowler and bounce everyone", exclaimed Gavaskar.
