Experience vs Youth - Does it really matter?
Experienced players will have stats to argue in their favour, and if their fitness levels are at their best, there's no reason to drop them.

The debate can continue forever. It's not a wise thing to say that experience or youth aren't causal factors. Experienced players will have stats to argue in their favour, and if their fitness levels are at their best, there's no reason to demand their omission from the team.
On the other hand, the younger ones always need to be given opportunities. They ought to get exposure to the highs and lows of the game and the stiff competition ahead of them. But at the end of the day, what matters is the performance of a team, for the team and as a team, and not age.
So, what do you think should be the ratio of experience and youth in a team?
