Cricket gets a culinary twist
Current and former international cricketers gathered together at the New Zealand High Commission on Tuesday to display some of the revolutionary innovations in kitchen solutions by Fisher & Paykel, a New Zealand based company in high-end kitchen appliances.
Current and former international cricketers gathered together at the New Zealand High Commission on Tuesday to display some of the revolutionary innovations in kitchen solutions by Fisher & Paykel, a New Zealand based company in high-end kitchen appliances.
The Fisher & Paykel Live cooking console at the venue was transformed into a culinary stage as cricketers such as Stephen Fleming, Andy Bichel, Steve Rixon, Scott Styris, Doug Bollinger, George Bailey, Francois 'Faf' du Plessis, Trent Woodhill and Albie Morkel joined hands to introduce the New Zealand brand.
During the course of the evening, the cricketers highlighted all that Fisher & Paykel has to offer and were joined by the New Zealand High Commissioner to India, Her Excellency Jan Henderson and Richard White, the New Zealand Trade Commissioner to India, at the event.
Most of the cricketers part of the event are in India to participate in the ongoing Indian Premier League.
