All-Stars 2nd T20: Sachin's Blasters Slump to 57-Run Defeat, Warne's Warriors Take Unbeatable 2-0 Lead
Sachin's Blasters lost their second consecutive match against Warne's Warriors in Houston in the All-Stars Cricket Series. The third and the final match of the T20 series will be played at Los Angeles on November 14

Shane Warne & Co. scored 262 for five in 20 overs, courtesy Kumar Sangakkara's 30-ball 70. Sachin Tendulkar's Blasters managed to score 205 for eight wickets to lose the three-match series. Catch all the highlights here (Scorecard):
In the first match, Warne's Warriors beat Sachin's Blasters by 6 wickets. Warne led by example with 3 for 20 while Ricky Ponting hit 48 not out to guide them home. Virender Sehwag hit 55 for Sachin's Blasters.

SHANE WARNE says they(him and Sachin) are surprised as there are 26,000 people around the ground and thanks them. Says it has been fantastic and the atmosphere has been simply electric. Adds they played well and Sachin's team fought hard but they had Sangakkara who batted well today and played beautifully. The only man who managed to take on the bowlers was Shaun Pollock who swatted all over the park and got to his fifty with the help of 7 huge maximums. But it wasn't enough as the Blasters fell short by 57 runs. Thus it makes the LA clash a dead rubber but what a high scoring contest we have had today where both teams scored 200-plus. A thumping victory for Warne's Warriors. After putting 262 runs on the board, they bowled superbly as well to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match series. Sachin's Blasters never looked in control and kept losing wickets at regular intervals. The pick of the bowlers was Symonds, picking up a 4-fer. Mushtaq managed to get a couple of scalps whereas Agarkar and Kallis chipped in with a wicket each.
