Man of the Match - Mitchell Starc. He grabbed 6/43, his best bowling figures. He was brilliant again with the ball today. He was awarded Man of the Match in the previous game too. He is happy as it's been great couple of days for Australia. Says they bowled well as a unit, keeping India below 300 was the key. Admits the batters threw it away in the middle but got the executions right in the end. Says it's exciting to be on the winning side.
India started off poorly with the ball but got things back in the end. It was just not enough though as the Australian lower order were cautious enough to seal the win. Australia came back well in the end with the ball as well, thanks to a superb spell by Starc.
That was one close finish! Australia were cruising at one stage but lost their way in the middle and the game just got close towards the end. Warner and Finch gave a solid start and then Watson and Smith chipped in as well. Finch was looking good for a ton but slowed down his innings and got out on 96 in the end. India didn't give up as they kept picking wickets and the pressure was back on Australia.
FOUR! And Mr. Finisher finishes off with a boundary! Full on pads, Faulkner sweeps it to the fine leg region. The fielder is inside the circle and Australia will get a boundary. Faulkner punches his fist in the air as AUSTRALIA WIN BY 4 WICKETS!
On middle, Haddin lofts it down the ground for a single as there's a fielder in the deep.
FOUR! Classy shot under pressure! Over-pitched outside off, Haddin backs away and carves it through the cover gap for a boundary.
WIDE! Shortish and down the leg side, Haddin goes for the pull but misses. The umpire signals a wide. That will help Australia.
Faulkner comes forward and takes it on the full. Pushes it to covers and sets off. Dhawan misses his shy at the striker's end. Had there been a direct hit, Haddin would have been a goner. Run taken.
FOUR! Faulkner off the mark in style! Landed around the off stump line, Faulkner gets down on his knee and sweeps it through square leg. No fielder in the deep and Australia will get a boundary. They need run a ball now.
