Tendulkar completes 18,000 ODI runs
Sachin Tendulkar has completed 18,000 ODI runs during the World Cup quarter final match against Australia in Ahmedabad.

Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar completed 18,000 ODI runs during the World Cup quarter final match against Australia in Ahmedabad.
He completed the feat when he scored his 45th run during the 14th over of the Indian innings by Brett Lee. The master batsman has scored 48 tons and 94 half-centuries so far in his ODI career.
Soon after he slammed his 94th fifty, Sachin was trapped LBW by Australian pacer Shaun Tait for 53 runs
He is also one century short of his 100th international hundred.
Sri Lankan Sanath Jayasuriya is second in the list of run-getters in one-day cricket with 13,428 runs while Australian captain Ricky Ponting is third on 13,288. Ponting scored 104 on Thursday.
