Ireland's strapping fast bowler Trent Johnston says luck was on his side when he dismissed two of India's key batsmen - Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir.
Ireland put up a fighting performance against the hosts in Bangalore before going down to a five-wicket defeat on March 6 but Johnston admitted the two deliveries that accounted for Sehwag and Gambhir were nothing special.
"I agree that they weren't by any standard of imagination great deliveries, but then cricket isn't always a fair game," Johnston, 36, said.
"When the luck is on your side, you can do wonders. For example, on his day, Sehwag could have whipped that ball to the midwicket fence but it was my day and he hit it straight back to me.
"Even with Gambhir, it was a length delivery on leg stump and he only had to miss Alex Cusack at short fine-leg, but luckily for me, he picked him out."
The wickets and the chicken dance celebration that followed left a capacity crowd at the Chinnaswamy Stadium stunned.
