French number one Jo-Wilfried Tsonga brushed aside compatriot Gilles Simon 6-2, 6-2 on Saturday to set up a showdown with Tomas Berdych in the final of the Marseille Open.

Earlier world number six Berdych, the tournament's top seed, eased into Sunday's showpiece with a commanding 6-2, 6-1 victory over Russian qualifier Dmitry Tursunov.
