Troicki, Baghdatis lose in Nastase Tiriac Trophy

Fourth-seeded Viktor Troicki of Serbia and fifth-seeded Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus both lost second-round matches at the Nastase Tiriac Trophy on Thursday.

Fourth-seeded Viktor Troicki of Serbia and fifth-seeded Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus both lost second-round matches at the Nastase Tiriac Trophy on Thursday.

Troicki lost to Matthias Bachinger of Germany 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 (2), while Baghdatis fell to Italy's Fabio Fognini 7-5, 7-6 (4).

In an all-Italian quarterfinal, Fognini will play against sixth-seeded Andreas Seppi, who beat Cedrik-Marcel Stebe of Germany 6-2, 6-3.

In another second-round match, Poland's Lukasz Kubot beat Marius Copil of Romania 6-3, 6-3.
