World number one Iga Swiatek racked up her 31st straight win to reach the French Open last 16 on Saturday but only after being tested by Danka Kovinic of Montenegro

US Open champion Emma Raducanu has been knocked out of the Australian Open in the second round by Danka Kovinic.

Ashleigh Barty secured a comfortable win over Danka Kovinic on Tuesday without losing a game, as the top seed sailed into the second round of the Australian Open.

Victoria Azarenka led Danka Kovinic 2-1 before play was paused on Court Suzanne Lenglen after just 15 minutes amid gusting winds and temperatures of around 10 degrees (50F).

Radwanska, ranked sixth in the world, beat third seed Czech Karolina Pliskova in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1.
