Massu beats Mahut to reach semi-finals
Top-seeded Nicolas Massu beat Nicolas Mahut of France 6-3, 7-6 (3) to reach the semifinals of the Grand Prix Hassan II on Friday.

Top-seeded Nicolas Massu beat Nicolas Mahut of France 6-3, 7-6 (3) to reach the semi-finals of the Grand Prix Hassan II on Friday.
Massu, who won his sixth ATP title in Costa do Sauipe and reached the final at Vina del Mar, will play unseeded German Bjorn Phau, who advanced to his second career semifinals.
Phau defeated Jiri Vanek of the Czech Republic 7-5, 6-3.
Saturday's other semi-final pits seventh-seeded Daniele Bracciali of Italy against eighth-seeded Gilles Simon of France.
Bracciali defeated second-seeded Luis Horna of Peru 6-7 (12), 6-4, 7-6 (3), while Simon upset third-seeded Christophe Rochus of Belgium 6-3, 3-6, 6-4. (AP)
