Olympic medallists meet PM Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi
India's Olympic medal winners, along with several other members of the contingent that participated in the London Games, met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi at the PM's residence on Friday.

India's Olympic medal winners, along with several other members of the contingent that participated in the London Games, met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi at the PM's residence on Friday.
Silver medallists - shooter Vijay Kumar and wrestler Sushil Kumar - and the bronze-medallists - woman boxer M C Mary Kom, shuttler Saina Nehwal, shooter Gagan Narang and wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt - were hosted by Singh at his residence at the 7, Race Course Road here.
Also present at the ceremony were Indian Olympic Association's Acting-President V K Malhotra, Secretary General Randhir Singh and Singh's wife, Gursharan Kaur and other IOA officials.
The medallists posed for pictures with Singh and Sonia. The PM also mingled with the other members of the Indian contingent including the archers, some shooters, boxers and rowers who returned from the British capital after participating in the July 27 to August 12 Games.
The athletes were joined by their coaches and other support staff as well at the ceremony.
Members of the Indian contingent also met BJP leader L K Advani at his residence.
