UEFA Champions League: Pavel Nedved Tips Juventus to Overcome Bayern Munich
Juventus finished second to Manchester City in Group D of the UEFA Champions League that included Germany's Borussia Monchengladbach and Spain's Sevilla.

Former Juventus star Pavel Nedved is confident that the Italian football champions will be able to stand toe-to-toe with Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League pre-quarterfinals after enjoying a convincing start to this season's European adventure. The Juventus vice-president, however, accepted that lady luck could have been a little kinder on the Bianconeri in Monday's draw, but is backing Massimiliano Allegri's men to pull out all the stops in their bid to overcome the reigning Bundesliga champions over two legs. "We had hoped for a little more luck in the draw, but I'm confident that we can turn in two great performances against Bayern. We've had an excellent run in Europe so far this season," Nedved told the club's website. (Juventus Midfielder Paul Pogba's Agent Hints at July Switch)
"We were drawn in a tough group and did very well to come through it without too many difficulties. This means we'll also keep fighting in the last 16."
