Trabzon, Turkey:
Portuguese international defender Jose Bosingwa was Saturday in Turkey to finalise his move from Queens Park Rangers to top flight outfit Trabzonspor.
Trabzonspor have not indicated details of a proposed deal for the 30-year-old, who won the Champions League with Porto and Chelsea but the Dogan press agency reported agreement was close.
Bosingwa endured relegation from the English Premiership with QPR last season and also courted controversy after refusing to be a substitute mid-season.
He now heads to a club which has won six league titles but which last season placed ninth, although they did reach the Turkish Cup final and qualified for the Europa League.
