Hannover:

Francesco Totti has fully recovered from his leg surgery and will play in Italy's World Cup opener against Ghana today. "Francesco Totti will be in the game tomorrow, either the entire time or for one half," said coach Marcello Lippi. However, Lippi didn't say if Totti will start the game or appear as a substitute. It is likely that Lippi will start with Alberto Gilardino and Luca Toni up front. Totti would play behind them in support. If Totti doesn't start, Lippi will probably field Alessandro Del Piero as a third forward in a 4-3-3 formation. Totti has played only one full match - against Switzerland on May 31 - since his injury in February.
