Peru accept FIFA World Cup stadium closure order
FIFA acted following "crowd disturbance incidents" at Peru's 2-1 loss against Uruguay in Lima on September 6.

Peru have accepted their FIFA punishment for crowd trouble and will play their final home World Cup qualifying match in an empty stadium.
FIFA says Peru will host Bolivia in Lima on October 15 "without spectators." Both teams are already eliminated.
Peru have withdrawn their appeal against the sanction, having previously won a ruling to freeze the order until the case was finally judged.
FIFA acted following "crowd disturbance incidents" at Peru's 2-1 loss against Uruguay in Lima on September 6.
FIFA ordered Peru to pay a fine of 20,000 Swiss francs ($22,100).
