Former Indian football captain Pem Dorji died on Thursday night.

Former Indian football captain Pem Dorji died on Thursday night. He had been suffering from cancer and was 42 years old. The Sikkimese player recently had a benefit match played in his honour in which Baichung Bhutia had also played. Dorji played for all three top Kolkata clubs - Mohun Bagan, East Bengal and Mohammadan Sporting.
