Pedro Rodriguez's Exit From Barcelona Imminent

Barcelona striker Pedro Rodriguez's extra-time goal helped his team win a record equaling fifth UEFA Super Cup. But that goal could well be the striker's last for his boyhood club. Rumours are rife that the 28-year-old is on his way to England; and there were enough signs in the game vs Sevilla that suggest that the rumours could well be true.
At the presentation ceremony Pedro cut a lone figure as the rest of his Barca team-mates celebrated the Super Cup triumph, leading to speculations that the striker was well on his way out of Barcelona. Pedro himself didn't make much of an effort to dispel the rumours.
Speaking to the press after the game he said, "I am happy about winning another trophy. I've always given my all at this club. I don't know if I've played my last game for Barcelona", neither confirming or denying his move to the English Premier League.
Another Clue that Barca are getting ready for life without Pedro was when coach Luis Enrique decided to play Rafinha in the playing XI ahead of the more experienced Pedro on Wednesday; with Neymar out because of Mumps, experts had expected the Barca manager to start with the more experienced Pedro rather than the young, 22 year old, Rafinha.
Now with both Manchester City and Manchester United hot on his heels, the Spanish striker may just be tempted to move to England in search of more playing time, which was hard to come by in Spain with Messi, Suarez and Neymar around.
