Former India football captain Prasun Banerjee hospitalised
Former national football captain Prasun Banerjee was on Saturday admitted to a city based nursing home, after he complained of chest pain, family sources said.

Former national football captain Prasun Banerjee was on Saturday admitted to a city based nursing home, after he complained of chest pain, family sources said.
The 56-year-old former midfielder has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a local nursing home, his son Platini said.
"He fell ill this morning after vomiting a few times. He had to be rushed to the hospital. Tests are being conducted and his condition is stable," Platini said.
Prasun, is the younger brother of Olympian P K Banerjee and represented India in the Asian Cup in 1974 as well as 1982 Asian Games. He had also led Mohun Bagan for a number of seasons.
