Cazorla, 30, was named man-of-the-match in the FA Cup final, when the Gunners thrashed Aston Villa 4-0.
"Maybe with the quality and the consistency included from start to finish, it's Cazorla (who has stood out the most)," the Frenchman added.
Arsenal ended the 2014-2015 Premier League season in third place, behind Chelsea and Manchester City, with 22 wins, nine draws and seven defeats.
