Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers are unbeaten in the Premier League after the local rivals drew 0-0 on Saturday.

Wolves, who just avoided relegation last season, have now taken seven points from their opening three games after surviving a second-half battering by Villa.

Villa dominated territorially with Gabriel Agbonlahor causing plenty of problems with his pace, while Charles N'Zogbia also posed a threat.

Wolves rarely threatened but captain Roger Johnson was solid in defense to repel the Villa danger.

Villa has five points.
