  • Jayawardene has received his first Man of the Match award in Twenty20 Internationals.

  • Boyd Rankin (2/27) has registered his best bowling figures in Twenty20 Internationals.

  • William Porterfield (31 off 29 balls) has posted his highest score in Twenty20 Internationals,

  • Porterfield and Niall O'Brien put on 59-run stand -Ireland's highest for the first wicket in Twenty20 Internationals.

  • Niall O'Brien is the fourth wicketkeeper after Australia's Adam Gilchrist, England's Matt Prior and Pakistan's Kamran Akmal to have effected four dismissals in an innings in Twenty20 Internationals. Gilchrist is the only one to have achieved the distinction twice.

  • Brien is the third wicketkeeper to complete wicketkeepers' double of 30-plus and four dismissals in the same Twenty20 International game, joining Matt Prior and Kamran Akmal.
