According to a new survey conducted by the Reader's Digest, former cricketer Shane Warne is the least trusted person in Australia.

According to a new survey conducted by the Reader's Digest, former cricketer Shane Warne is the least trusted person in Australia.
More than 1000 people were asked to rate how much they trusted 100 well-known people and professions on a scale of one to 10.
The spin legend, who had a glorious yet controversial professional and personal life, finished in 100th place. Warne, who is currently dating Hollywood actress Liz Hurley, had various sexacapades before his wife Simone Callahan separated from him.
Child health researcher Fiona Stanley topped the poll from Nobel Laureate Elizabeth Blackburn.
Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard finished at 97th, five places behind her predecessor Kevin Rudd at 92 and three places behind Liberal politician Malcolm Turnbull at 94.
Reader Digest said: "The Top Ten is dominated by people who 'care and protect', while the tail end of the field is full of politicians, businessmen and controversial sports figures."
Other noted persons in the list are: Brendan Fevola, former AFL player for Carlton and Brisbane at 99th spot, Mel Gibson, actor director (96) and sports agent Ricky Nixon (93).
