South Africa seam bowler Lonwabo Tsotsobe has been cleared to play against Australia in his side's final warm-up game ahead of the World Cup after recovering from a right knee strain.
South Africa said on Monday that Tsotsobe had passed a fitness test ahead of Tuesday's match with the defending world champion.
The Proteas said left-armer Tsotsobe was able to bowl and field without any restrictions after straining his knee in Saturday's eight-wicket win over Zimbabwe in Chennai and has been given "the full go ahead to resume with his World Cup preparations."
Tsotsobe recently moved up to a career-high 10th in the ODI bowling rankings and will be an important backup bowler to pace duo Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel for South Africa at the tournament.
