Johannesburg:
Opener Sachin Tendulkar will sit out of India's final Champions Trophy group match against West Indies in Johannesburg.
Indian team management has included Dinesh Karthik in the playing XI. The reason for Sachin's exclusion is not known.
India are already missing the services of Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan in this tournament, and Sachin's absence will not help India's cause.
India are in a must-win situation as only a win can keep their semi-final chances alive. Equally important is Pakistan's win over Australia.
