He ended up taking 27 wickets from six matches and also as Uttar Pradesh's highest wicket taker in the 2013-14 season. His notable performances were against Rajasthan and Karnataka where he bagged seven and six wickets respectively. Rajasthan bought him for Rs. 10 lakhs to play in Indian T20 league.
