No Indian player could make a cut in the ICC World Twenty20 team following their dismal performance in the Twenty20 World Champiosnhip.

No Indian player could make a cut in the ICC World Twenty20 team following their dismal performance in the Twenty20 World Champiosnhip.
The International Cricket Council on Monday announced the teams of the tournament for the men's and women's ICC World Twenty20 2009 which finished at Lord's on Sunday.
Younus Khan was named the skipper for the 12-member team that has four Pakistani players, including him. They are Shahid Afridi, Kamran Akmal and Umar Gul.
Three players are included from both South Africa and Sri Lanka teams, while West Indies have two players - Chris Gayle and Dwayne Bravo.
In the women's category, Charlotte Edwards of England was named to lead the women's line-up. India's Rumeli Dhar was rewarded with a place in the side for her performance.
Both teams include the respective players of the tournament, Tillakarante Dilshan of Sri Lanka and England s Claire Taylor.
