Sri Lankan captain Mahela Jayawardena admitted that the central contracts dispute with their cricket board has been amicably settled.
"We were able to settle the matter very satisfactorily. Contracts will be signed tomorrow," Jayawardene stated.
He said the dispute was over a few minor matters.
"We are in a position now to maintain a better frame of mind to face the games ahead."
Jayawardena said having settled the issue over central contracts, the players would now sign contracts related to the inaugural version of the Sri Lanka Premier League (SLPL). The player contract dispute was simmering since June.
The signing of contracts comes ahead of the five-match one day series with the visiting Indian team. The first ODI is to be played on Saturday in the southern port town of Hambantota.
