England have won with 44 balls to spare - their biggest win in terms of balls remaining, eclipsing their six-wicket win with 36 balls to spare against Pakistan at Cardiff on September 7, 2010.
Martin Guptill (59) has recorded his fifth fifty in T20Is - his first against England.
Guptill has been a consistent performer in the series, aggregating 150 at an average of 50.00 - his sequence of scores being 44 at Auckland, 47 at Hamilton and 59 at Wellington.
Guptill had managed 151 (ave.75.50) in three matches against South Africa in New Zealand in 2011-12 - his best performance till date.
Guptill's aforesaid performance is a series record between the two countries in Twenty20 Internationals.
Stuart Broad, with 7 wickets at an average of 13.14 in three matches, has set a record for most wickets in a bilateral series between England and New Zealand in T20Is.
Broad's above performance is his best in a bilateral series in Twenty20 Internationals.
Jade Dernbach (3/36) has produced his second best bowling performance in T20Is, next only to the 4 for 22 against India at Old Trafford on August 31, 2011.

Stuart Broad, with 55 wickets at 21.90 runs apiece in 46 matches, is the top wicket-taker for England, extending his record in T20Is.
Michael Lumb (53 not out off 34 balls) has registered his career-best in T20Is, eclipsing the 50 against India at Mumbai on December 22, 2012. These two innings are his only fifties in T20Is.
