Vadodara:
Pacer Munaf Patel has been fined 75 per cent of his match fee by the match referee for using bad language during the Irani Trophy between Ranji champions Delhi and Rest of India.
Delhi captain Virender Sehwag on Friday had lodged a complaint with referee Rajendra Jadeja against his India teammate Munaf, accusing the lanky pacer of abusing him during the match.
Munaf had apparently abused Sehwag when he was batting and that miffed the Delhi captain, who felt enough was enough. Munaf, allegedly, had also foulmouthed Ishant Sharma and Aakash Chopra in the match.
