India's Sania Mirza and Russia's Elena Vesnina shocked second-seeded Americans Liezel Huber and Lisa Raymond to enter the doubles quarterfinals of the $721,000 Family Circle Cup.

India's Sania Mirza and Russia's Elena Vesnina shocked second-seeded Americans Liezel Huber and Lisa Raymond to enter the doubles quarterfinals of the $721,000 Family Circle Cup.

The unseeded pair of Sania and Elena defeated the Americans 6-3, 6-4 on the green clay.

They next play Russia's Alla Kudryavtseva and Australia's Anastasia Rodionova.

Sania has already entered the singles pre-quarterifinals, where she plays Germany's Sabine Lisicki.
