Rafael Nadal Celebrates French Open Triumph at Eiffel Tower

World No. 1 Rafael Nadal celebrated his French Open triumph by visiting the Eiffel Tower and posing with the trophy at the iconic site. The 28-year-old Spaniard collected his ninth French Open title and 14th major on Sunday when he defeated Novak Djokovic.

Nadal, who won the French Open final 3-6, 7-5, 6-2, 6-4, looked visibly happy as he continued with his dominance on clay. He also held onto held onto the ATP's No. 1 ranking. (Playing Djokovic pushes me to the limit: Nadal)

"This year is emotional for different reasons," said Nadal after his record-setting fifth consecutive French Open title.

"I am 28, it's not forever. I want to enjoy the moment because I have worked so hard to be here. I will have a few more opportunities but you don't know if I will ever win it again."
