"DjokovicoutofFrenchOpen216.jpg"In yet another upset at the 2010 French Open, third seed Novak Djokovic's bit the dust, after a two-set lead, as miracle man Jurgen Melzer dumped the Serb out in a marathon five-setter to enter his first Grand Slam semi-final.

An outright slug fest is the best way to describe the Novak Djokovic vs Jurgen Melzer quarter final. A match that went into a fifth set, after Melzer, came back from two sets down. He had 59 winners to Djokovic's 53.

Third seed Djokovic, a two time semi-finalist at Rolland Garros, saved as many as 20 break points in the match.

The Serb saved two match points as well, but the 22nd seed Austrian held his nerve, breaking Djokovic to wrap-up the set and bag the match 3-6, 2-6, 6-2, 7-6, 6-4 after a 4 hour 15 minute marathon battle.

In his first Grand Slam semi-final, 29-year-old Jurgen Melzer will now face four time French Open Champion Rafael Nadal.
