Argentina's players were awakened at 6:30 a.m. to provide samples on Thursday, a day before the best-of-five series opens at Seville's Olympic Stadium.
Tito Vazquez says "it could have been done at another moment, but unfortunately that's not up to us to decide."
Argentina's Juan Monaco will play Rafael Nadal in the opening singles on Friday. The South Americans will try to win their first title in four finals.
