Rajeev Shukla to Remain on Hockey India League Advisory Board

Rajeev Shukla,who has also been the chairman of the Indian Premier League, expressed his happiness at continuing his connection with the Hockey India League, which is scheduled to start from January 22, 2015.

Former Union Minister and Board of Control for Cricket in India official Rajeev Shukla will continue to be a member of the Hockey India League's advisory board.

Shukla has also been the Chairman of the Indian Premier League. "It is a very proud feeling and I am committed towards continuing to put in the extra efforts for the welfare of the sport in India," he said.

Hockey India League is scheduled to kick-start from January 22.
