Arjun Singh wins Chandigarh Open golf tournament.

Chandigarh:

A brief fight-back by Harmeet Kahlon proved insufficient to upstage a calm Arjun Singh who went about his task with precision to bag the winner's cheques of Rs 1,62,000 at Chandigarh Open golf tournament here today. Arjun's winning score stood at ten-under 278. Amateur golfer Gurbaaz Mann finished at seven-under 281, three strokes behind Arjun, but was forced to relinquish the second position to K S Sibia. Sibia tallied five-under 283 while Rajiv Kumar finished third at 284. Chandigarh golfer Amandeep Johl finished fourth at 285. The country's top ranked golfer Mukesh Kumar of Mhow, occupied the fifth spot at 286. (PTI)
