Tottenham defender William Gallas has handed boss Harry Redknapp a fitness boost ahead of Sunday's FA Cup semi-final showdown against Chelsea at Wembley.
Gallas missed Monday's 2-1 defeat against Norwich with a calf problem, but the French centre-back is set to return to action this weekend against his former club.
"I'm fit to play again and I'm coming back to the squad," Gallas told AFP on Friday.
The 34-year-old, who last featured at Sunderland on April 7, could go straight into the starting line-up at Wembley as Redknapp has been hit by defensive injuries.
Michael Dawson is out for the rest of the season, while Younes Kaboul is struggling with a knee injury suffered against Norwich.
That leaves Gallas, Ledley King and Ryan Nelsen as Redknapp's only fit central defenders.
