"We are working to a pre-designated regime which will allow us to come into the opening match with the Czech Republic in optimum condition," he said.
"I'd evaluate the players current conditions as eight-or-nine points out of 10. I believe it's a good level with just days before the start.
"It is the third week of our team's team preparations for the championship. We completed the high-speed work and on Wednesday we will start detailed preparations for the match with the Czechs. We will now work at much less physical intensity.
"Our main task in the days remaining before the start is to protect players from any possibility of injuries to bring them into the match in their top form: both mental and physical."
Oderlend added that he was satisfied with the results of the team's previous training sessions in Moscow, Switzerland and Poland.
"We all are happy with the players' approach to training as well as with the results of their work," the physiotherapist said.
"The team looked fresher than their opponents in the last friendlies (including a 3-0 win over Italy last Friday).
"That's exactly what we were working for. Our aim is to be fresher, more mobile and more energetic than our opponents. It's vital to keep the players fresh. Both emotionally and physically."
